Ruth has an internationally recognised qualification in STOTT PILATES, a contemporary approach to the original Joseph Pilates method. STOTT PILATES incorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement.

Ruth is also trained in BarreConceptsTM - the revolutionary ballet barre workout, combining ballet, Pilates and conditioning exercises.

Ruth tailors her programmes to meet the individual’s goals; whether it’s weight loss, return from pregnancy or pre-natal fitness, muscular strengthening, fitness, injury prevention or rehabilitation.

Ruth teaches one-to-one personal sessions, couples or group classes, and corporate sessions. Prices available on request.
